Two Boys for Every Girl
One Bride for 2 Brothers: A Custom Fades in India
(from NYT)
For the record, BIP is strongly in favor of polyandry and is sorry to hear it is losing its hold in this remote part of India. No matter. It continues to gain popularity in our futuristic Utopian fantasy world.

Mixandmingleology
This looks like fun. We might go to it. I've probably said this before, but dating is a ridiculous way to get to know someone. Like job interviews before behavioral interviewing was introduced, it is just way too easy to bluff your way through. This party might constitute some kind of technological advancement on that front. It sounds like at least better-than-normal speed dating. If anyone else goes, please report back on your findings. Here is the facebookery: Internet Killed Your Social Skills.
And don't forget to take this indispensable field guide: Darkside Zodiac

Married in Mad Libs
This one comes from Sara in New York who recently made the most amazing wedding speech of all time. This is the kind of genius that made me start this blog in the first place. Click on the picture to enlarge.

The Heart is a Lonely Blogger

We know this anonymous blogger and we applaud the intensely (dare we say inadvisably) personal tone of this blog. The author of The Morning Hours is simply writing down all the memories she has filed under "love life." We're excited to see where it goes. We've also been dying to use the literary reference in the title to this post. (We got a million of 'em.)
Check it out:

Also, check out Sex in Art on her blog roll. Hey, I'm on there too. The blog roll, not Sex in Art.
