Southeast Meets Southwest




This is my recipe for South East Asian-American Migas. I made it up today. Take four eggs and add some soy milk and some Sriracha and some cheddar cheese. Make sure there is enough soy milk to get some Calbee-brand Shrimp Flavored Chips slightly soggy.
Add some Calbee-brand Shrimp Flavored Chips. Scramble that shit.

This is so good. Ordinary migas are made with milk, regular hot sauce and tortillas chips but I think my way is better.
