Hitachino White Ale

We have made a our selection for the beer of the month: Hitachino Nest White Ale. This April we are celebrating the light flavor of this cinnamon-y and honeysuckle-y Japanese beer. Like so many rad things from Japan, it is subtle yet bold. We don't tend to go for beers that aren't very beery but we regularly gravitate to this delicate creature when we are at the Porter.
